Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse setting
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with night crew to optimize workflow efficiency
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas
- Assist in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 10 PM - 6 AM
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug screen required
