Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trailers with precision using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak operational hours
- Complete daily equipment inspection and maintenance checklists
- Adhere to FIFO inventory management procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience in night shift capacity
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and material handling best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
