Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies during daily operations.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical defects immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to ensure maximum warehouse efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet nightly production targets.
- Ensure all aisles and dock areas are clear and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
