- Inspect equipment before shifts and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Document inventory movements accurately in digital systems
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
