Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in 24/7 warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support month-end inventory counts and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts (certification preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
