Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain organized inventory using WMS systems
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with night shift team for efficient workflow
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years warehouse forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability for night shift (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Preferred: Experience with RF scanners
