Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and containers efficiently using pallet jacks and scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Ensure proper stacking and storage of hazardous/non-hazardous materials
- Collaborate with night shift team on workflow optimization
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year industrial equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (overnight shifts)
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
