Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized goods in high-volume warehouse environment
- Execute precise loading/unloading of trucks using electric pallet jacks and powered equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through RF scanning and digital documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow efficiency
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating warehouse equipment in fast-paced environment
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to zero-accident standards
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend availability
- Basic math skills and inventory software proficiency
