Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Accurately inventory and organize warehouse stock using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks with precision while maintaining product integrity
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with night shift team to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to 5S principles
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Flexible schedule availability (Sunday-Thursday nights, 10 PM-6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
