Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for all material movements
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Inspect equipment before/after shifts and report maintenance needs immediately
- Collaborate with night shift team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience in night shift environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend rotations
