Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse environment
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs immediately
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Collaborate with night shift team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Organize and stage materials for next-day distribution
- Support facility cleanliness and safety compliance during shift
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience in night shift environment
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and measurement proficiency
