Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized goods in a temperature-controlled warehouse
- Perform inventory counts using RF scanners and maintain accurate stock records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading dock workflows
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas while minimizing product damage
- Assist in training new operators on equipment safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience in fast-paced environments
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order verification
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
