Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in warehouse organization and cleanliness standards
- Support loading/unloading of trucks using proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
