Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move goods within the facility
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Operate in temperature-controlled warehouse environment (-10°F to 85°F)
- Participate in quarterly safety training and certification renewals
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
