Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials in warehouse settings
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment, reporting defects immediately
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Collaborate with night shift team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Prepare shipping documents and verify product specifications
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for WMS navigation
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
