Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products in warehouse/distribution center
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and tracking systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Assist in warehouse organization and space utilization
- Complete shift reports and documentation thoroughly
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
