Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Accurately load/untract trailers and containers using pallet jacks and power equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain precise inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company SOPs at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate in climate-controlled 40°F refrigerated storage areas when required
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management and safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
