Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in temperature-controlled warehouse environments
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA standards and company lockout/tagout procedures
- Accurately document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient workflow and meet production targets
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification with 1+ years of recent warehouse experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as operational needs require
