Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized goods
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with RF scanners to maintain accurate stock levels
- Inspect and maintain forklift equipment daily, reporting maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with night shift team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Document all material movements and warehouse activities in digital systems
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Reliable transportation and availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
