Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper documentation and weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and organizing stock.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A, B, or C Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred).
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
