Our night shift offers a unique opportunity to work independently while contributing to the seamless flow of goods. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and safety standards are met during our critical operational hours.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely load and unload pallets and materials using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Forklift Operation: Operate electric and diesel forklifts to transport inventory to designated storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections and report any equipment malfunctions.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- License: Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
