Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently to load and unload materials.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklifts to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies, including OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and obtain a forklift license through our training program.
