Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately to ensure timely shipping and handling.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Inspect packaging for damages and ensure proper handling of fragile items.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and maintaining optimal storage efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software (RF scanners).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
