Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage incoming and outgoing freight with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete daily cycle counts.
- Inspect equipment for defects and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse flow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to read and understand shipping labels and safety manuals.
