Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Support special projects during peak hours with overtime flexibility
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime shifts
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
