Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts efficiently in high-volume warehouse environments
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate with team leads for optimal material flow and dock scheduling
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support cross-functional teams in receiving, stocking, and shipping operations
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license or willingness to obtain through our paid program
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently
