Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with night shift team for efficient workflow
- Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability for night shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid NC driver's license preferred
