Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a warehouse setting
- Load/unload trucks and pallets following safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
