Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload trucks in strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete necessary paperwork.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (2nd shift or 3rd shift).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
