Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product quality and quantities against packing slips
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory zones
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors to meet productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Experience with RF scanners or similar technology preferred
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM, weekends as needed)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
