Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately based on customer orders using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and damages prior to packaging to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Properly label, box, and seal all outgoing shipments according to safety and shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times to comply with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged stock to the warehouse manager immediately.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely as trained.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld devices.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to cross-train in other warehouse functions.
