Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick tickets and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Package goods securely to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
