Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for material movement
- Maintain organized inventory in a climate-controlled 250,000 sq ft facility
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (for equipment operation)
- Availability for consistent 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
