Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company cleanliness standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Flexible schedule availability (Monday-Friday, 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
