Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Optimize workflow to meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and order fulfillment issues
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety guidelines
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure system accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Previous experience with RF scanners or WMS systems is a plus
