Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to digital manifests and priority schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and RF scanners safely
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for product packaging
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy-focused mindset
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation training
