Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for timely shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space following OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits monthly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and reporting procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts during peak seasons
