Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Perform quality checks to ensure product integrity and correct labeling
- Maintain organized inventory counts and participate in cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and process inefficiencies promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
