Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to optimize workflow and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday with flexible overtime
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
