Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment to maintain brand standards
- Manage inventory levels through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve order discrepancies
- Adhere to strict productivity metrics while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance mandatory
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure
