Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation (FIFO)
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - certified)
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, safe workspace following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Proficient in RF scanner technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and time management
