Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company inventory control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Complete required documentation and inventory tracking in real-time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months+ warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation for night shifts
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
