Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklift certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipping
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and inventory zones
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to our North Nashville facility
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday
- Attention to detail with zero-error mindset
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
