Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend rotation
