Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Verify product quality and inspect packaging for damage
- Maintain organized inventory in assigned zones using FIFO principles
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to resolve fulfillment discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Complete daily productivity reports and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and error prevention skills
- Reliable transportation to the Commerce Street location
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check
- OSHA forklift certification preferred (training provided)
