Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems efficiently
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipping
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to optimize workflow
- Adhere to safety protocols including OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy (99%+ required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid CA driver's license (for equipment operation)
- 1+ year warehouse experience preferred
- Flexible availability for 10-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
