Responsibilities
- Select and verify products accurately using Pick-to-Light technology or RF scanners.
- Package items securely according to company standards and shipping guidelines.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for dispatch efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods on hard surfaces.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
