Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper certification
- Maintain organized inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly shipping deadlines
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background/drug screen
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
