Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and voice-pick systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging to ensure zero-defect shipments
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with overnight team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Availability to work Monday-Friday overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid state ID and ability to pass pre-employment background check
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
