Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Sort and organize inventory to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Ability to work the Night Shift (shift times typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to the El Paso facility.
